2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old and of legal age to form a binding contract with us
- You are legally qualified to conduct business in your jurisdiction
- You have the authority to bind any business entity on whose behalf you use the Service
- You are not a person barred from receiving the Service under applicable laws
If you are accessing and using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" will refer to that entity.
3. Introduction
By accessing or using Stripevoice ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
4. Service Description
Stripevoice is an invoice management application that integrates with Stripe API to automate invoice generation and management for your customers.
5. Service Plans
5.1 Basic Plan
- Allows connection of one Stripe account
- Basic invoice management features
5.2 Pro Plan
- Allows connection of up to 100 Stripe accounts
- Advanced features and capabilities
6. Payments and Refunds
- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase
- No reason is required for refund requests within this period
7. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to access restricted parts of the system
- Be of legal age and capacity to form binding contracts
- Have the necessary authority to accept these Terms
8. Data Processing
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- Customer data is processed in real-time only
- No invoice data is permanently stored
- API keys are stored in encrypted format
- All data is processed in compliance with GDPR
9. API Usage
The Service uses Stripe API with restricted permissions for:
- Reading connected account information
- Accessing payment and charge details
- Processing customer and invoice data
10. Liability
The owner of the application is not liable for:
- Damages resulting from use of the Service
- Errors in data provided by the Service or external systems
- Service or external system unavailability
11. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any part of the Service
- Update these Terms of Service at any time
- Change pricing with appropriate notice
12. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Upon request by law enforcement or government agencies
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Non-payment of any fees owed
13. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law and European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by Polish courts according to Polish jurisdiction.
